New Updates for 2018

Past participants, take note! Part one of our two part survey process (see Assessment Process), the Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire (EQ), is much shorter this year. With easy to answer, many yes/no questions, completing the EQ will be much quicker! Click here to view the condensed questionnaire.

Did you make the Best Employers to Work in North Carolina list? If so, BCG will send out a short, approximately six question, Winners Profile to just those organizations named to the list. Here we’ll gather most of the material that our publishing partners will use for highlighting winners at the awards event and/or in the special publication. The material will include topics such as “what employees love about working here, in what way your organization recognizes/rewards great work, what your organization does to relieve stress, etc.” We’ll also ask for your company logo and a few photos of your company and employees that may be published.

We’ll provide you with about a week to complete the Winners Profile after you have been notified of your list or non-list making status.

Employee Engagement Survey Revision: We have changed the way we capture the age demographic on the employee survey. By asking for a respondents birth year, we can categorize employee responses by generational groupings. This will allow your organization to segment response data by Millennials, Baby Boomers etc.
